This hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easy to travel to different areas. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-furnished. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a popular pizzeria right across the street.
The air conditioning/heating in the rooms can be quite noisy and disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Asked for early checkin. Told room early would be ready by 1:45 but then the cleaning staff when to lunch and we had to wait another hour for the room. Disappointed that the commitment of 1:45 was not honored.

The two, bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family of four. the kitchenette was well, equipped with necessary amenities for preparing light meals. We appreciated having a living room area to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the location was convenient, within a short walking distance to public transportation and shopping areas.
The lack of complimentary coffee or tea in the room was disappointing. We had to venture out to a nearby store to purchase our own supplies.

Convenient location, clean rooms, good amenities. The hotel is situated near transportation, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with great amenities, like a well-equipped fitness center. Another advantage was the daily breakfast provided, which was a nice touch.
Poor soundproofing, slow internet. The soundproofing could be better, as noise from other guests and the street could be heard often.

I wish I had known that the hotel was under construction at the time I made my reservation. By that not being mentioned seemed a little deceiptful. Some of the amenities were limited.
